Northern Colorado Athletics announces release of all-new Recruiting Guide
With a $14.5 million renovation project ongoing at Butler-Hancock Sports Pavilion, Northern Colorado's Department of Athletics continues to progress towards a state-of-the-art future. Bears athletic officials are also now pleased to announce that matching those sparkling new facilities will be an all-new recruiting approach, headlined by its "next-level" Northern Colorado Athletics Recruiting Guide.

Four Named To NSCA All-American Team
Patrick Berg, Cristian Sarmento, Jamie Schroeder and Taylor Smith were all named to the 2009 National Strength & Conditioning Association All-American Team.

Big Sky Conference Announces 2009 Spring All-Academic Teams
The Big Sky Conference has announced the members of the 2009 Spring All-Academic teams for men’s and women’s tennis, men’s and women’s outdoor track and field and women’s golf. Northern Colorado has representation on all the postseason honor teams, with 29 total student-athletes earning recognition.

Stevens Clears 5-7
Becoming the first-ever track & field student-athlete at Northern Colorado to qualify for the NCAA Championship is quite an accomplishment for Rachael Stevens.
