2007: Competed in all six meets for the Bears... finished 8^th at the Colorado College Invitational, helping lead the Bears to the team title and finished in the top 40 in every event, including two top 20 placings... had a team best time of 19:11.0 at five kilometers at the Big Sky Championship and was the top NC finisher three times.

2006: Was the top Northern Colorado finisher in all six meets, finishing in the top 10 three times... Placed in the top 35 in every event on the year, clocking a season-best time of 19:06.8 over five kilometers at the Big Sky Championship.

Prep: Team captain in cross country and track for junior and senior seasons at Poudre High School ... had four letters in both sports ... owns all-time top-ten records at PHS in 1600 and 3200 meters ... never finished lower than 26th in state for cross country ... Honor Roll all four years.

Personal: Born July 5, 1988... daughter of Philip and Anna Kintzley... is the fifth of six children... majoring in sports and exercise science.
