2007: Competed in all six meets, finishing in the top 40 in all six... clocked a season best 19:56.5 at five kilometers at the Big Sky Conference Championship... was among the top five Northern Colorado finishers in every competition.

2006: Ran in all six meets as a freshman, finishing among the top 30 on three occasions... Had a season-best placing of 15^th at the Colorado College Invitational.

Prep: Team captain as a senior at Cherry Creek High... part of team-mile record at Cherry Creek... lettered four years in track & field and two years in cross country...
