2007: Competed in all six meets for the Bears, crossing the tape first for NC in all six... finished in the top 30 in two competitions...Ran his best time of 27:09.4 at the Big Sky Conference Championship for eight kilometers.

Prep: Earned four letters in cross country, three in track & field, two in basketball and one in bowling for the Panthers... Was named to the cross country all-conference squad all four seasons, as well as three time all-region and to the all-state team as a senior... Won the conference and regional titles in his sophomore and senior years... Holds the school records in the 5000 meters and the 4x800 relay... A four-time honor roll selection and helped lead the team to three state titles in his four years.
