Women Seventh, Men Ninth In First Hosting
Hosting its first-ever Big Sky Conference Championship, the University of Northern Colorado women’s cross country team finished seventh with 221 points, while the men’s team was ninth with 273 points.
Championship Start Times Delayed One Hour
Due to inclement weather making travel hazardous for several teams, the 2009 Big Sky Conference Cross Country Championship hosted by the University of Northern Colorado has been postponed one hour.
Women Successfully Defend Hays Open Title
For the second straight season, the Northern Colorado women’s cross country team won the title at the 2009 Tiger Cross Country Open scoring 46 points.
